nimbleSCR: Spatial Capture-Recapture (SCR) Methods Using 'nimble'

Provides utility functions, distributions, and methods for improving Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling efficiency for ecological Spatial Capture-Recapture (SCR) and Open Population Spatial Capture-Recapture (OPSCR) models. The methods provided implement the techniques presented in "Estimation of Large-Scale Spatial Capture-Recapture Models" (Turek, et al (2021); Eco-sphere 12(2):e03385. <doi:10.1002/ecs2.3385>).
