Contains a set of functions to perform large-scale analysis of toxico-genomic data. A member of the BHK lab's Gx suite of software, this package provides a standardized data structure to hold information relevant to annotation, visualization and statistical analysis of toxico-genomic data. This package is in early release, and more features will be added over the next few months.
